How much does the program cost?
It depends on the size of your lawn. Most lawns are $70–$95 per application, and your quote gives the exact price.
Do I have to commit to all 8 rounds?
No. There’s no contract, and you can cancel anytime before your next visit by phone, text or email, with no cancellation fee.
What if I’m not home during treatment?
You don’t need to be. On service days, please leave gates unlocked and keep pets inside. Afterwards, follow the note we leave: how long to keep off the lawn comes from the product’s label, and your technician can explain it.
When can people and pets go back on the lawn?
Each product’s label sets how long people and pets should stay off a treated area, and we follow it. Your technician will tell you what that means for your treatment.
What if it rains after treatment?
We check the forecast before every visit, and if rain, wind or heat would make a treatment unsafe or ineffective, we reschedule at no cost to you. If weeds or pests the program covers come back between visits anyway, call or text us and we’ll treat them again at no charge.
Does the program include aeration?
Aeration is an add-on, not one of the eight rounds. We core-aerate in spring (April–May), in fall (October–November) or both, one visit for each season you choose. Ask for it with your quote.
