Using the lawn-care estimator
When you use the estimator, we use your submitted address to look up property records. To decide whether our new-customer offer applies, we also check whether that address already has active GreenBee service; the estimator shows only whether the offer applies, never account details. We keep the lookup, measurement and pricing details for 24 hours so you can finish. After that, unless you saved an estimate or requested service, we keep only the ZIP code of each address you entered and how far you got, and the rest of the visit is deleted. We do not record keystrokes in the estimator. A short-lived session cookie lets you complete the flow and keeps a request you send from our get-started page with any prices you asked our chat for in the same visit. A protected network identifier helps limit automated abuse.
Browsing an estimate does not create a sales lead. If you choose to save an estimate or request service, your contact details and estimate are sent to the GreenBee office. If you sign up, we keep the programs you chose, their prices and the version of the service terms you accepted with your request. The request form on our get-started page, which the chat’s “Get started” also opens, works the same way: what you enter goes to the GreenBee office’s customer records (Field Command), and a copy is emailed to the office. Permission to contact you about that request is separate from the optional email-marketing choice. If you tick the box to get texts about your quote and service, we keep that choice and the text-message terms you were shown (section 6). The property map is shown with Google Maps: when it loads, Google receives your device’s IP address and the map area being viewed, under Google’s own privacy policy. A link to a separate map opens that provider’s website only when you choose it.

6. Text Messages (SMS)
We send text messages under the name Green Bee Lawn and Tree Care, and only to people who have agreed to receive them. Our Text Message Terms explain what we send and how to stop.
- What we keep: your mobile number, which kinds of texts you agreed to, when and where you agreed (for example, which form or agreement you used), the texts we exchange with you, and any STOP or HELP replies.
- How we use it: to send the texts you agreed to, answer your replies, honor opt-outs, and keep a record of your consent.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.

7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
